Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Place in TM bowl oil, eggs, vanilla essence and yoghurt, mix Speed 3/ Secs 5
Add Flour, Baking powder, sugar and salt to wet ingredients, mix Speed 3/ Secs 10
Add milk and mix Speed 2/ Secs 5, don't over mix, as batter needs to be lumpy
Heat up Non-stick frying pan on Medium heat, then add reduced to Low heat before you add desired amount of batter (if using Standard Frying pan, use migraine/butter to oil up the pan before adding batter but remember to reduce heat before adding)
Flip once batter bubbles starting burst, should be golden brown on each side.
Cook desired size and can easily make 8 hotcakes or 16 pikelets, my children like to add maple syrup but I enjoy it plain or a touch of margarine
Fluffy Greek Yoghurt pancakes

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These were great - perfect to use up yoghurt close to expiry!
Nice recipe and a good way to use up leftover Greek yoghurt. We served with diced fruit, maple syrups and chopped almonds/pumpkin seeds. Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake/pikelet, we made 12 which served 2 of us for 2 breakfasts. Thank you for the recipe.
