- 3 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 6 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 7 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 3 teaspoons Mixed Herbs
- 3 teaspoons salt flakes
- 2 teaspoons chilli flakes

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and dry roast 2 min/ varoma/speed 1.
Allow to cool slightly and mill 1 min/ speed 10. Check consistancy and continue milling until desired consistancy is achieved.
Store in an air tight container untill needed
Tip
Adjust amount of chilli according to taste.

The best taco seasoning recipe I've found so far!
I added a tablespoon of cornflour to the mix to help thicken the sauce and make the consistency similar to store-bought ones. I only had ground cumin and garlic flakes (used the same quantity as per recipe) and added 2 tsp onion flakes as well. I only used 1 tsp of chilli flakes as my son complains if it's too spicy! The rest of us just compensated with some jalapenos and spicy guacamole!
I wasn't sure how much seasoning to use in my mince, so I used the same ratio as I've seen in other recipes, and used 2 tablespoons to 500g of mince, and around 3/4 cup of water.
Best tacos I've had in a long time! Will be making this in larger quantities.
