- 128 g coconut oil
- 64 g soy milk, Unsweetened and room temperature
- 3 level tbsp olive oil
- 2 level teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 level teaspoons nutritional yeast
- 1 level teaspoons salt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1. Melt the coconut oil, set 3min 60c and slowest speed.
2. In a separate bowl add the soy milk, vinegar and salt, mix and leave for 10min.
3. Add the milk mix to the coconut oil, add the rest of the ingredients and mill from speed 5 to 7 for 2 minutes, until creamy.
4. Pour into a freezer safe recipient and freeze for at least 2 hours, after that keep on the fridge.
Tip
It tastes great and it's spreadable, I love it.
I recommend to use this quantity first and if you love it make it double or more. I'm sure you will love it though 😚

I tried this and I think it could work if I changed the ratio. Right now though, it tastes just like coconut oil which is quite overpowering.
