- 1. Pre heat oven to 180. Line bread tin.
2. Place butter in "Closed lid" time/ 1min /temp 60 / speed 1.
3. Add bananas 5sec speed 5.
4. Add sugar, egg,flour and bi carb. Mix "Gentle stir setting" reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3.5 for 10 sec.
5.scrap into baking tin and bake in oven for 1hour.

I've made this twice now and it works out great. The mixture does appear quite thick but just go with it. I only bake 40minutes at 180.

Omg! I've just made this and it's delicious! I didn't have bicarb so added half teaspoon of baking powder instead and it worked fine.
Made this tonight and hubby didn't want to stop eating, will definately make it again!
I added a little milk to mixture as was quite thick. Also added 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries and 1/2 cup choc chips, very tasty.
A tad doughy although still yum
So yummy will be a family favorite for sure
