- 85 grams Butter, chilled and cut into cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 180 grams cold water

- 1. Place flour, salt and water into TM bowl.
3. Add water and knead for 20-25 seconds on interval speed. "Dough mode"
4. Turn dough out onto a floured board and knead gently for about two minutes. Shape into a round smooth loaf about the size of a dinner plate. Score top into 10 sections.
5. Place on a floured baking sheet and bake at 200 C for 25 minutes, or until damper sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
2. Set to closed lid position. "Closed lid" Mix for 8 sec on speed 7 until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
