As I didnt have tapioca flour used gluten free. Worked out very well.
Very good
Yum! A hit with the kids! Mine were a bit strange in shape ( they spread and flattened in parts) but a hit anyway. I have a fan forced oven maybe that's why?
Omg - these are the easiest and quickest gluten free rolls to do at last minute while you soup is cooking.
give this woman a medal ... I'm in love
thank you for finally making gluten free bread roll cooking successful
ps - don't try to halve the recipe - it's didnt work for me, and let's face it - a family of four will easily eats two small rolls each!!!
Yum so easy next time i will make a tripple batch as my family loved them. i added ham as per childrens request and they were good too. 10/10
I love the idea of adding herbs, and great to know that GF plain flour worked well. Thanks

I haven't tried to freeze them, as they usually disappear in one sitting here. Howevedon't can't see any reason why they wouldn't. If you do try freezing them I would love to hear how you go

Are these freezable? If not, how long do they last?
Thanks!
Very yummy, and so easy to make. Thanks for the recipe!
Most of our family are gluten free. As I am also yeast free, these were wonderful! I used gluten free plain flour instead of the tapioca flour. I also added herbs. They were easy to make, stayed together really well and were really yummy! Thanks for the recipe. We will definitely be making these again!
