Knead for 6 minutes
Once finished kneading, put onto thermo mat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes
Break off little ball amounts, and roll out to your desired size, making sure it is thin. ( I roll mine out to the size of my frying pan)
Heat frying pan with a little olive oil, and put wrap in for approx 30 seconds and turn and cook for another 30 seconds.
Before putting each wrap in the frying pan, add another dash of olive oil.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Thank you. Very easy and quick. I think it took me around half an hr to prep and cook a double batch ready for lunch.
wanting to know if you can freez the cooked ones and the uncooked dough thank you
Bloody brilliant and too easy! I made them because I'm trying to reduce my salt intake and store bought has so much sodium. They latest about 10 minutes because the other half decided they were like roti and had a Malyasia deployment memory moment!
Delicious and so easy! Will never have to buy wraps again and Loved by the whole family. Made 6 wraps by using approx half the size ball of a tennis ball. Thanks for a superb recipe.
