- 1 small green apple, quartered, no need to peel or core
- 200 grams SR flour, white, wholemeal or buckwheat
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 250 grams Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100 grams strawberries, frozen

1. Place apple into TM bowl for 3 seconds/sp 6.
Scrape down sides of bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients. If you're using fresh strawberries instead of frozen, leave them out at this point. Blitz for 5 seconds/speed 5.
2.1 - If you're using fresh strawberries, add them now, mix on reverse 3 seconds/speed 3 .
3. Cook in a medium heated frying pan in butter, you'll know when they're ready to turn as bubbles will appear on top.
Method
Tip
A tad indulgent drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with sugar, but hey, call me indulgent

We usually double the recipe due to our large numbers, works a treat! Tasty, delicious and EASY! My kinda recipe! Have made with both frozen and fresh strawberries, both great. We prefer the blended strawberry taste better, but both great!
