  • 150 grams coconut milk
  • 60 grams raw sugar
  • 60 grams Chia Seeds.
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place kiwifruit & sugar in TM Bowl. Blend 30-60 seconds speed 9. Pour half the puree into a small bowl & set aside.  Return TM bowl to base & add remaining ingredients. Mix 20-30 seconds speed 3. Pour into bowl & refrigerate 2 hours to allow seeds to soak up liquid. Spoon into serving bowls & add a dollop of reserved kiwifruit puree, sprinkle with coconut threads & enjoy!

Tip

Can be served warm or chilled.

Reduce sugar content & serve as a breakfast porridge.
