Ingredients
Slice (base)
- 250 grams Mars® Bar, Chopped, Cubed ( 4x60g bars OR 20 unit party pack)
- 60 grams unsalted butter, Chopped, Cubed
- 110 grams Rice Bubbles®
- 20 grams golden syrup
Top Base
- 250 g milk chocolate block, Break into cubes
- 40 grams unsalted butter

- Line a baking tray (20cmx20cm) with baking tray & set aside
- Add Mars Bars cut in half into mixing bowl with measuring cup on top, 10 secs on speed 9
- Add Butter melt and 10g golden syrup for 4mins , 100 degrees on speed 2
- Add Rice bubbles and mix 15 secs (reverse blades) on speed 3
May need to mix longer until combined - Empty mix into, baking tray and press gently down creating a flat surface (tablespoon helps with flatting) then Place into the fridge until firm.
- Rinse bowl ( using pre clean mode under fat or caramel setting) and dry bowl
- Add 250g Milk chocolate into mixing bowl (brake into cubes) grating on speed 9 for 10secs
- Scrape down mixing bowl
- Add 40g butter to grated chocolate and Melt for 5 mins/50 degrees/ speed 3 (Melt for longer time if needed)
- Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the slice, using a tablespoon to spread / create a nice texture.
Refrigerate until set (1-2hours) - Once set cut into small slice.
Enjoy! - Pour a glass of milk in TM bowl and mix 5 sec / speed 8.
Heat milk 5 mins / 80°C / speed 4.
Enjoy warm chocolate milk. No wasted chocolate!
