Recipe's preparation

    Directions
  1. Place 12 Almonds in bowl and chop 10 seconds/speed 9. Set aside.
  2. Place cardamon seeds in bowls and mill 10 seconds/speed 10.
  3. Add condensed milk and powdered milk and mix 10 seconds/speed 4.
  4. Scrape down sides of bowl and cook 40 mins/100degrees/speed 2/MC on.
  5. Scrape down sides and stir to scrape the bottom of bowl. Add crushed almonds and butter and cook 40 mins/100degrees/speed 2/MC on.
  6. Put remaining almonds in the oven at 180degrees to roast until brown.
  7. Once milk mixture has finished transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
  8. Once cooled, roll into balls approx 2cms. Place roasted almond on top and press down. Refrigerate.

Tip

You can make these without nuts and can add dried fruits or anything your taste buds desire.

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
