I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
MC on, Blitz choc 6 seconds with the pulse button, check its to your liking or keep blitzing. Set aside in a bowl.
Insert butterfly and add thickened cream, start machine on sp 2 for 40 seconds slowly adding condensed milk through the hole in the lid.
Once all condensed milk is added set machine on sp 3 for 3 minutes, after one minute add cocoa and milo.
Add grated chocolate with 30 seconds to go, whip until consistency of dollop cream, if it's too runny add 20 seconds at a time.
Transfer to an airtight container and freeze.
Tip
Best frozen over night, this will make one large takeaway container with a little left over, you can make your own condensed milk to make this cheaper and adjust sweetness. I let it thaw a little before serving.
You could also eat this as a mousse but i prefer it as ice cream.
