Everybody loved these!!! They really taste like the original ones (almost). Will be making these again and again.....
Delicious 😋. Make sure you melt the glucose, brown sugar & butter on the stove and not in the Thermomix.
Question. Couldn't you mix the ingredients in a TM6 rather than a saucepan.
These are great......just like the real deal
As Jupiter bars no longer exist; and my bestie LOVES them. These are a great substitute! Very well done!
Made this but didnt have the powdered milk.. worked out fine and have had a few requests for more from visitors ! Thanks for the adding this for us all to try..
Will this work without the powdered milk ....?
My kids loved these...might try with cashews next time.
So YUM! I love jupiter bars and this did not disappoint.
I used Rice malt syrup instead of glucose to reduce the fructose.
I also used a vanilla protein powder instead of milk powder as I didnt have any milk powder. (Pro Matrix Wild WPC- I like this one because it's grass fed, low carb and has no nasties)
We loved Jupiter bars as kids and this is really tasty, I think next time I'll add a little more brown sugar so it's a more caramel flavour. But I would recommend adding a safety tip explaining about using a pan to melt the syrup, NOT the tmx, as I thought Id heat the ingrdients in the tmx to get it to 115c rather than using a pan. Very lucky I didn't strip my blades as the sugar and syrup were so sticky the blades couldn't even turn, so I had to remove the very sticky thick mixture to a pan lol yummy recipe thank you!
