  • 80 grams dried apricots
  • 40 grams Protein Powder Whey
  • 20 grams desicated coconut
  • 25 grams Chocolate powder
  • 30 grams Chia Seeds.
  • 45 grams Coconut Oil, solid

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place Walnuts and almonds in Thermomix and process on speed 9 for 7 seconds. Remove and set aside.

    Add apricots and chop on speed 8 for 6 seconds. Return nut mix and add all other dry ingredients and combine (mix) on reverse start speed. Scrape down sides with spatula.

    Add coconut oil and combine in reverse speed 4 for 10 seconds.

    Roll into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball and chill.
