Firmly packing together the mixture, then gentle rolling is the easiest way to make these stick together well. Also a little bit of water on your hands can help to bind them together when rolling.

My family absolutely loved these
Made these today tasting the mixture i think my dark cocoa may have been too strong, added the irange juice too. Will see how they are once chilled hoping delicious
Made these today, they are amazing and a perfect sweet treat
Really yum! Especially if you like chocolate...there's a real chocolatey taste. I rolled mine in toasted sesamee seeds.
Wow delicious....I added my Pistachios after step 1 - 5 seconds, speed 7 as I wanted these finer for the children. As Jaceyk commented, I too added the orange juice. Very enjoyable. Yummo...
Great Jaceyk! I'll add the O.J. as a tip
Oh my goodness! I followed up to step 3 but mixture was too dry so I added mixed all of it on speed 8 (like I have done for other balls) but still not clumping well so added 2 tablespoons of orange juice and mixed speed 4 for 3 seconds. It was then perfect to make into balls and OMG they tasted like Toblerone!!! (I used cacao and pistachios and just vanilla essence). Yum!
