Add peanuts to thermomix bowl. Chop on speed 9 for 15 seconds.
Scrape down side of bowl.
Chop on speed 7 for 30 seconds.
Scrape down side of bowl.
Repeat process until desired consistency is acheived.
Add a dash of Oil if you wish and continue on speed 7 for a further 10 seconds.
(natural oils from nuts may be enough and extra oil may not be necessary!)
Cut cacao butter into chunks and add to your TM bowl.
Blitz the pieces to a powder on speed 8 for 5 seconds.
Scrape down sides of bowl.
Melt at 37C for 10-15 mins on speed 1.5-2.
You may have to stop half way through and scrape the sides and blades off with your spatula, to ensure everything melts.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix for 1 minute at 37C on speed 2.
Once you have made both the peanut butter and the raw chcocalte, it is time to make into peanut butter cups!!
Find small moulds ( I use silicon muffin cups)
Fill 1/3 of cup with raw choc, put in freezer to set.
Once set, ad a layer of peanut butter, then top with more Raw Choc, place back in fridge or freezer to set.
Peanut Butter
Raw Chocolate
Tip
You may substitute some or all of the Cacao butter with coconut oil if you wish! The Chocolate will melt faster once out of fridge or freezer though.
Keep left over Peanut butter in a jar to use as you wish!

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
