Bliss balls

  • --- peel from 1 lemon, (I use a fine grater)
  • 130 grams raw cashews
  • 60 grams shredded or dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 grams Maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • dessicated coconut for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Bliss balls
  1. Add all ingredients to TM bowl.  

  2. With dial on closed lid position Closed lid"Closed lid" , press turbo for 1 second. Repeat.

  3. Scrape down bowl. Repeat step above to combine mixture.

  4. Add dessicated coconut to a plate. Using hands, roll dough into bite-size balls and then roll in coconut to cover.

  5. Keep in fridge and enjoy!
