- 1/4 --- cup fresh coriander leaves
- 3 egg whites
- 150 grams Sugar if needed

Hull strawberries & freeze overnight.
Place strawberries, coriander and sugar in TM bowl.
Process for 10 seconds on speed 6. Add the butterfly and egg whites and process for 45 seconds on speed 4 or until the right consistency.
