- 2 pieces Frozen, chopped fruit, Banana, pear or apple
- 1 Handful of almonds
- 2 medjool dates
- 3 mint leaves
- 20 grams cacao powder
- 2 Glasses of chilled water

Add frozen, chopped fruit such as 2 bananas or pears or apples,
handful of almonds, dates, mint leaves and cacao powder to the bowl.
Mix on speed 10 for 20-30 seconds or until all blitzed.
Add 2 glasses of chilled water and mix on speed 9 for 1.5 minutes

Tip
If you don't have frozen fruit, add fresh fruit and two handfuls of ice
