Absolutely delicious
Yum! My first time cooking quinoa so was a little unsure of how it would turn out, but the family loved it!
Really simple and makes heaps
Yum and easy!
Yummy. The first night had by itself as a main, next night as a side dish with salmon steaks and on the third night in place of rice with pork and eggplant casserole.
Lovely salad. I added tuna, some crumbled feta and hard boiled egg and used basil instead of mint as it was all I had. Really tasty.
s it meant to be grainy or mushy? my quinoa is like porridge! tastes yumy though
A fresh salad, I added spinach and avocado, very nice, thank you
Thank you for the recipe. It's very fresh and tasty. To anyone making this, please remember (I didn't) that there is stock paste in the steaming water so you can go easy on the salt in step three. I also added capers which were lovely, but also salty.
Glad you liked it! Thanks for commenting & rating
