- 15 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 40 grams Sugar Syrup
- 100 grams Bacardi rum
- 200 grams ice cubes

- In a clean bowl, add roughly torn mint leaves, lime juice, syrup, rum and ice cubes and ‘muddle’ for 20 secs/
"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4.
Divide between 2 tall glasses, top with soda water and enjoy!
Tip
It took me a few goes to realise not all drinks need to blitzed at Speed 9 to create slushies. If you do that to this recipe…you will have a Bacardi flavoured green smoothie.
Less is more when it comes to blade speed with this recipe.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -
