Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend for 20 seconds at speed 7. Pour into glass and enjoy! 

Tip

You can substitute the banana for any other fruit of your choice.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     I've been apprehensive to try a coconut milk based smoothie but I am so glad I tried this one; it is delicious! A great dairy free alternative and the maple syrup adds a nice amount of sweetness. I've also thrown in a few chia seeds (not sure if they are paleo friendly or not  tmrc_emoticons.)). Thanks for sharing.

    Great, just the way I like a smoothie. We didn't have any maca powder so used Cocoa powder instead.
