Ingredients
Smoothie - Per Person
- 1 handful spinach, (washed)
- 1 Kiwi Fruit, (washed, leave skin on, cut off hard end and cut in half)
- 0.5-1 scoop Protein Powder, (ie Isowhey)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, (cold pressed, organic and virgin)
- 100 grams water, (room temperature)

Add all ingredients into the TM. Blend for 1-2 mins speed 9.
Add more water if you want a thinner consistantcy.
Smoothie
Tip
If you use ice cold water, the coconut oil will solidify into tiny tiny bits in the smoothie. You can hardly notice, just personal preference.
