Ingredients
- 350 grams Basmati or Jasmine rice, can use brown but increase time by 15 minutes
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 400 grams MC frozen veg ie, peas and corn
- 400 can tuna
- 900 grams water
- 5 pieces bread, cut into small squares
- 100 grams Butter, melted
Cheese sauce
- 500 grams Milk
- 50 grams flour
- 50 grams Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 60 grams Cheddar cheese, cut into small chunks
- pinch Nutmeg

Place water into TM bowl. Insert basket and weigh in rice. Weigh your water as you pour it over the rice ( this washes the rice) and cook for 13-16 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 4. Remove basket with aid of spatula and put into a greased square baking dish. Add the curry powder and stir threw.
Make your Cheese sauce by placing all the ingredients into TM bowl and cook for 7 minutes at 90C on speed4 or until desired consistency is achieved.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add your frozen veg and tuna. Stir threw and place ontop of rice.
Layer your peices of bread over the dish and brush over with the melted butter.
Cook in a pre heated oven at 180C for 30 minutes or until brown.
