Ingredients

GIANT Sauage plaite

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry
  • 5 Thick pork sausages
  • 100 g Tasty cheese
  • 3 heaped tablespoon tomato sauce, Home made is best(quirky is good)
  • 1 onion cut in half

Recipe's preparation

  1. Turn oven on to 180C

    1. take sheets out of he freezer and allow to thaw.

    2. Cut cheese into ice cube size pieces and grate speed 8 for 10 seconds. Remove and place to the side. (make sure it is as cold as it can be as grates better cold)

    3. Plce onion halfs into empty bowl and chop speed 4 for 3 seconds.

    4. add grated cheese, tomato sauce and deskinned sauages and knead Dough mode"Dough mode" for 1 minuite.

    5. Split mixture into 2 and place in the middle of each pastry sheets and wrap like a giat sausage roll.

    6. Place fold side down and egg wash and lace knife holes across the top.

    7. Bake 180C untill golden brown for about 25mins
