- 50 grams parmesan cheese cubed
- 2-3 cloves Garlic Oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 40 grams Butter, cubed
- 6 rindless short cut bacon, chopped
- 1 can carnation light and creamy evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 200 grams mushroms, sliced
- 2 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 150 grams pasta
- 150 grams cherry tomatoes, whole

1. chop parmesan cheese in tm bowl speed 6 for 5 seconds. remove and put aside
2. place simmeing basket in bowl with pasta and water and cook for desired time and keep aside and warm.
3. place garlic, onion and carrot into tm bowl speed 6 for 5 seconds and chop. Add bacon and butter and saute on speed 1 reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" for 6mins.
4. Add spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, cornflour and Evap milk and cook on speed 2-3 reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" for 10 mins or until thick and creamy.
5. To serve pour over pasta and enjoy.
