Tip
Serve dish with rice prepared earlier or for a healthier alternative mashed cauiflower. Use cooking time to steam other soft veggies in Varoma for a complete meal. Cauliflower, Zucchini & Broccoli and corn on Cob will all cook during this time.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Great recipe base. Instead of chicken thighs I used a can of chickpeas along with diced zucchini, carrot, ½ sweet potato, ½ bag of spinach & a leftover bbq chook chicken breast. Filled the can with ½ milk & ½ water and 2 tbspn vege stock. Made 6 large portions! Thank you, great flavour!

Really easy and tasty. I added 1 tbsp of 'Keens' curry and some stock powder which was perfect. Great recipe for using up vegetables too. Will make again. 😀
Great recipe, like the others I added cornflour and veggie stock and my hubby came back for seconds.
This is so quick, easy and super delicious!! The only addition I did was added some vegetable stock and cornflour to thicken. YUM!!!

It was ok but needs mer curry
I added 11/2 tab of vege stock
added 600ml of thicken cream
cornflour mixed with water at the end

So quick and easy and yummy. My girls like it with pasta so I heat my thermoserver with some boiling water and put the pasta in and cover with boiling water and by the time the chicken is done so is the pasta. Simple and delicious
