- 1 medium apple quartered, peeled
- 2 tablespoon white chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 10 drop Stevia to taste

Peel, quarter & core 1 medium apple and place in thermomix.
Add 250g (3/4 cup) coconut milk.
Blend 8 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down sides.
Add 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and stevia to taste.
Insert butterfly, 50 degrees, 10 minutes on speed 1.
Top with sliced banana.

Super yummy. I used a teaspoon of rice malt syrup instead of stevia. Very yummy as a warm dessert, and leftovers were great cold for breakfast. Will definitely make again.
