I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place all ingredients in TM, mix 30 seconds on speed 5, stand for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius
If using a silicone muffin tray. share the mixture between the 12 portions. If using a baking tin, grease very well before adding Yorkshire pudding mix.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes, do not open the door when cooking. When the puddings have risen and are brown and crispy, turn off the oven and leave for 5 minutes with door slightly open - Yorkshire puddings will fall if taken from very hot to very cold temperatures,
Serve with gravy.

Did not work out for us, I did stray a little from the recipe and added a bit of oil to each muffin tin. Maybe this caused the puddings not to rise properly and turn out very stogey.
Will try again at some point and omit the oil and follow recipe to completion.
Excellent easy recipe that works every time - I use this for toad in the hole. Have even added a bit of baking powder for a bit of extra fluffiness. Thanks for a simple, yummy recipe!
perfect addition to a roast dinner
This was so easy and rose beautifully. As I was entertaining I made the mixture almost two hours before using it and was really happy with the result.
