Ingredients
Topping
- 150 g Parmasen Block, Rind Off
Sauce
- 2 Carrots medium, Roughly chopped
- 2 zucchini medium, Roughly chopped
- 150 g mushrooms, Cut in half
- 1 brown onion, Cut in half
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves - Peeled, Depends on strength desired
- 10 g olive oil
- 500 g Beef mince
- 2 bay leaves
- 400 g Crushed or diced tomatoes, Or 1 tin
- 150 g tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons Bbq sauce
- 1 tablespoon beef stock paste, If available
- 1-2 tablespoons Vegetable Stock Paste (TMX), Use 2 if no meat stock paste added
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed Italian herbs, Use small handful fresh basil and oregano if available.
- pinch salt & peper to taste
Pasta
- 300 g dried spaghetti or pasta of choice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add roughly chopped Parmesan cheese to "Closed lid" (rind removed), add lid with MC. 8-10 sec/speed 7.
2. Set aside.
3. Rinse bowl, clean and dry.
1. Add carrots, zucchini, mushrooms to "Closed lid" . Chop 7sec/speed 5. Empty into bowl and set aside. Rinse "Closed lid" . Repeat if you want vegetables finer.
2. Add onion and garlic, chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides, repeat if finer onion desired. Add 5-10g oil (depends on moisture of onions) sauté 4 min/120/speed 2.
3. Add mince and bay leaves, use spatula to break up any big pieces. Sauté 8 min/120/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2, MC on
4. Prepare water in pot for pasta.
5. Add all remaining sauce ingredients and veggies prepared in step 1. into "Closed lid" . Place lid and MC. Cook 15 mins/120/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1. Use spatula to help mix ingredients as required.
7. Place pasta in pot and cook as per packet instructions.
8. If still too liquidity for your liking, cook a further 5 mins/120/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.
9. Place pasta in Thermoserver and pasta sauce on top. Carefully remove bay leaves whilst pouring sauce.
10. Serve with Parmesan as desired.
