Hi all
do you peel the chokos please
Hello, my first time making pickles and this recipe was easy to follow, quick and delicious. Thanks for sharing, very happy with the result.
Dumb question but for pickles do you peel the chokos or leave the skin on?

1000g is too much for the machine to chop. Chop 500g, 2sec speed7,set aside, then another 500g. Return first 500g to bowl to cook.
Can any one help , im am looking to make choko pickles with EZY sauce but cannot find any recipies, or if i convert a recipe do i just leave out the vinegar if so how much Ezy sauce would i use ????
I just started the recipe & put half choko capsicum & onion in TM bowl as recipe said in two batches. It turned out like mush, was I supposed to mix the full batch twice @ speed 7 x 2 secs. No one else has had this problem so obviously i have done something wrong
Fabulous recipe thank you!
I have had some in the pantry for 4 months and still OK. We eat it pretty quickly at our house.
Being there is no salt in this recipe how long will it keep.
Really enjoyed the flavour of this - have made my first batch which friends are 'raving' about - will make another batch asap
