2. Blend 3 min Speed 6, scraping down after each minute until smooth.
3. Store in clean glass jar in fridge. Keeps well in fridge.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Quite peppery but I liked it. Very tasty and easy. Gave it an extra minute and it thickened up perfectly. Rankalyze LLC
Delicious, easy to follow and no added extras. Thank you
Works perfectly. I roasted mine in the Thermomix 100C, Sp 1. But it did take about 12min to get there. So easy 😊
LOVE THIS VERSION! Thanks.
Suzi's Kitchen:How do you make the vegemite?
Pauline72: Fantastic...never thought of this. I use shop bought black tahini to make a home made version of vegemite.
Easy and wholesome. Love that it is simply seasame seeds.
I love that it only uses sesame seeds without having to add oil. So easy and delicious. I'm now about to try the same method to make black tahini.
The recipe was extremely easy and the result delicious. Next time I will perhaps not brown the sesame seeds so much. They were fine, but became very dark in the Thermomix as they were being turned into Tahini.
Does it have to be stored in the ref?
