TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Great easy recipe 💕
thank you
It worked perfectly!!
No more stirring on the stove top! I only ever buy coconut cream so I guess it was creamier. Of course it will be quite liquidy while hot but as it cools down it goes firm and perfect. I put shredded coconut, nuts & seeds on top, chopped fruits, drizzle a bit of sweet condensed milk.. I don't have a sweet tooth so a little amount is plenty for me.
I found the consistency to be to thin and the coconut flavour is very strong.

Too watery for my liking and the flavour was not there. Too salty and coconut flavoured. Will stick to original recipe.
Very delicious how ever i think next time i will reduce the salt by 1/2
thank you for a great easy quick recipe - i made my coconut milk following the recipe in the Indian Cookbook

Followed this recipe exactly and was yummmmo. Winner with the kids also 😍
Easy to make. I’ve made this twice and used brown sugar the second time and found this to be even more delicious. Soup like consistency when warm. Sago soaks up liquid if cold. Thanks for the recipe
Added lime zest... amazing!
Thanks for sharing. This worked fantastically. Added the zest of one lime toward the end of cooking and it was amazing!
delicious! my husband loves this so much great for work breakfasts. Sometimes I used 1/2 chai tea/1/2 coconut milk and add vanilla bean powder. Thank you.
I made this and thought it was delicous, however you don't want much as it makes you feel sick to eat to much!! I turned the speed to speed 1 reverse speed and also added a pinch of ground cinnamon
