Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

A flop for me used light olive oil and is runny drizzled in the oil everything correct so dont understand. Maybe the oil.
This dip had a nice texture and was easy to make. The batch size was quite large. Taste wise, I found this dip to be a bit too lemony/vinegary. Thanks for the recipe. Redondo Beach Concrete
This is incredible and so easy! I put in extra garlic because well, yolo. I think if you added some herbs, it would be exactly like the Grill'd herb mayo
Could you make this without vinegar?
Lovely and so easy, thank you
Quick and easy recipe that tastes great.
Excellent and easy recipe. I actually put 1TBS vinegar instead of 1tsp!! Was fine though. Also added wholeseed mustard. Tasted great. Leave the MC in and drizzle the oil into the lid.
Wow goodie!
Tastes awesome - I just forgot to add the pepper as the method does not say when to add (I presume along with the salt?)
Fiona Baldwin: sorry for the late reply. I would keep only 1-2 weeks, but I have a customer that keeps condiments for 1 month!
You could always do half a batch.
