1. If making own castor sugar, mill sugar on Speed 9 for 3 Seconds
2. Add all ingredients to bowl, cook 90 degrees, 7 mins, speed 4
METHOD
Tip
You can also add some rind to the ingredients before cooking to give it an extra amount of zip! Use extra limes if you want more flavor also.
