1ptk Marie Biscuits
- 1 package Marie biscuts
- 1 can condensed milk
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 100 g Dried diced Apricots
- 100 g desicated coconut
- 1 package white chocolate, 1 block
- 15 g Copha

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Break in half the marie biscuits & place in TM bowl. Crush Speed 7, 3sec or until desired consitency is achieved
2. Add coconut, cranberries & apricots & mix"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4
3. While TM still going at Speed 4 pour condensed milk through lid until it combines (around 3/4 of the tin roughly) depending on how you like it.
4. Press into lined (baking paper) slice tray
1. Break up chocolate & put copha into bowl then GRATE speed 7, 3 sec
2. MELT 2-3mins 50deg, Speed 3
3. Pour over slice & put into fridge to set.

Tip
If you let it sit for 30mins then pull out & cut slice it wont shatter the chocolate. Then you can put back into the fridge until its fully set & ready to eat.
