  • 1 mango
  • 40 g sugar
  • 20 g fresh lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel mango

    Cut off cheeks

    Scoop out flesh from cheeks into TM bowl

    Squeeze the seed to get as much flesh and juice off into TM bowl

    Add remaining ingredients

    Cook on 90' / 5 minutes / speed 3

    Pour into a container and let cool

    Refridgerate

     

    Serve with yoghurt or ice cream

     

Tip

Change the amount of sugar to your liking

The mango I used is roughly 200g

Can be doubled

Add some passionfruit to cooking

    I had 2 really large, very ripe mangoes in the fridge, so I used both with the juice of 1/2 lemon and only 2 tsp raw sugar. Cooked for stated time then pureed for 30 secs/speed 8.
    Resulted in a lovely, smooth puree which tastes wonderful, thankyou tmrc_emoticons.)

    Yummy with EDC yoghurt. Had to hide it from Mr 9 after he did a taste test for me as he wanted to attack it with a spoon.  Love

    i used 3 frozen mango cheeks, so the added sugar:mango ratio was a little less. Next time I will try it with a little less sugar.

    Yum, depending on how sweet your fruit is you could reduce the sugar by half
