I chopped up some fresh tarragon and then proceeded with the recipe using plain white vinegar. I used cranberry sauce instead of the red currant jelly - my husband loved the end result!

Very good recipe! Used three times, perfect each time! I did put a bit more vinegar than three teaspoonful, I like it a bit more tangy... anyway, recommend this to anyone loves a steak!

Im a little confused about the '3 teaspoonstarragon vinegar" in the ingredients.  Is there a typo here?  Two separate ingredients?  or is there a vinegar called 'tarragon vinegar"?

This is absolutely delicious and so easy - I didn't have red currant  jelly - only red jam I had was strawberry (thermomix of course!) so used that. There is really only sauce for 2-3 people so if wanting more I would double recipe and increase cooking time for longer if needed. Thank you for recipe Gail. tmrc_emoticons.)
