Is this supposed to be 200gm of Malt vinegar? I have just made it and it's just watery and tastes like vinegar. It seems like wayyy too much??
I have made this mayo many times pre-Thermomix, it's beautiful and so much easier to make in my Thermomix. thanks for converting this recipe and posting it. This mayonnaise is beautiful to use when making curried eggs
Hi & thanks for posting Pop's Mayonnaise
Just made it and will be serving with crispy skinned salmon and freshly picked salad for Easter Saturday lunch

Very easy and tastes fantastic. Made the tartare sauce to go with prawns and lobster for seafood retail over Easter. The boys love it on their prawn sandwiches-very spoilt they are.
