- 200 gram yogurt cheese
- 150 gram Smoked Salmon
- 3 pieces lemon rind
- 2 heaped tablespoon chopped dill
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Line a seive with muslin or similar weave fabric. Place yogurt in lined seive over a bowl and allow whey to drain for at least 4 hours. Overnight is preferable as you end up with a dryer cheese.
Place dill and lemond rind in to a very dry TM bowl and mill for 10secs on speed 9. Add remaining ingredients and combine on speed 4 for approx 5 secs.
