I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion to TM chop on speed 6 for 6 sec, wipe down sides.

Add French onion soup, Spinach well drained if frozen, cream cheese and sour cream.

Mix on speed 4 for 6 sec or until mixed completely

    Place in fridge to chill.

When ready to serve serve with cob loaf , I use Thermoblitz's recipe for wholemeal/chia/white mix loaf.

Cut the top off pull all the centre out and fill with dip.

A Dish suitable for a get together.

Tip

You can reduce teh amount of french onion to suit tast, I personally like the kick of onion after a mouthful of spinach.

A great way to use some of our home grown spinach (just cooked it in the veroma first). Yummo!

I put in 500g of frozen spinach... and make the night before so the soup mix mixes well... yum.

Also with the bread... once you've taken off top and pulled out centre... lay all onto a tray and put into a heated 200ºc oven for about 10- 15 mins... watch the pieces don't catch.... cool loaf before adding dip.... crisps it up nicely... Enjoy.

    Soft Chrissie xc
