Place all ingredients apart from the liquids into the bowl and chop 5 seconds speed 6, scrape down sides and chop for a further 5 seconds speed 6
Add liquids and blend 2 minutes on speed 10
If a runnier consistency is wanted add more water and blend for a further 1 minute speed 10
This soup is rich in Beta-Carotene and has many healing benefits. It can be warmed, best done in the Thermomix up to 50 degrees speed 5 to retain its raw and nutritional state.
This may take 3 to 5 minutes

Tip
soup is great for both TM5 and TM31
I also like to warm my soup by adding it to a cup of hot bone broth giving the soup more nutritional value and its very yummy.
This recipe is from the Raw Addiction cook book and has been converted for my Thermomix.

TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
