I had to make this after reading the above comment. This soup is so beautiful. I also kept the mc off for the last nine minutes and pureed my soup for two minutes. It really looked restaurant quality, after I added chorizo, a swirl of cream and chopped chives. Thanks so much for sharing.
AMAZING!!!! this tastes great!im on a diet so i left out the chorizo, cream and crutons for myself but mum and sis LOVED the addition!! with chorizo its 309cal each portion (4 portions came out of the recipe for me).I also boiled 400g of water in the kettle and placed the stock in a bowl to melt. then added everything to the thermomix. at around 9-10 minutes remaining of the cooking i took off the measuring cup to thicken up the sooup.
after blending it for 30 seconds it was still a ltttle bit grany for me so i further pureed the whole thing for an extra minute and a half.
