Ingredients
- 4 pieces broccoli - cut into small florets
- 2 chorizo sausages, Slice into small rounds or oval
- 2 scoops Beetroot salad, Prepare as per TM handbook or skin, dice & process to small with Parlsey & Lemon juice
- 1 heaped tablespoon Olive oil (light)
- 2 dashes balsamic vinegar to drizzle

Prepare Beetroot salad as per page 39 - (Nov 2011 ed) Everyday cooking for every family
Heat medium sized pan with small amount of oil,
Pan fry the sausage, broccoli and once they are toasted and hot, add the Beetroot salad.
Take off the heat and drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar
Serve in a small glass bowl per person.
Enjoy!
