- 300 grams Fresh Mulberries, wash carefully not to bruise (will stain everything)
- 150 grams raw sugar
- 1 egg (optional)
- 600 gram ice cubes

Mill sugar, then
input half the ice, crush and then add second half of ice.
Serve with Ice cream (See pg 150 to make the day before)
Suggest blobs of Green jelly & Sour worm lollies to give it more Halloween feel for the kids!
Tip
Cheap if you use local in season fruit.
