Ingredients
Chicken nuggets
- 2 fillets chicken breasts, Or equivelant tenderloins
- 1 heaped teaspoon TM stock, Veg or chicken
- 1 level tablespoon Parsley leaves
- 2 pinches Dried oregano (or fresh)
- 1/2 level teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 egg wash
- flour for dusting, With extra onion powder mixed in
- Oil for frying, 1 centimeter deep

Chop fillets into cubes and place into TM bowl. Turbo in short bursts scraping down with spatula until a paste consistency.add herbs and seasonings and mix speed 7 4-5 seconds. Remove from bowl and form into walnut size balls. Coat in flour, then egg, then back into flour. Flatten into nugget shape and fry in hot oil but not smoking, about 4 minutes each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Tip
Test oil heat with a wooden spoon, if it sizzles immediately it's ready. May need to top up oil so heat again to avoid absorption. Use a cast iron pan if possible and don't overcrowd pan.

Thanks for sharing panoukla - have made for our toddler and added a few veggies and used rice flour and coconut oil and he ate them all not bad for a child that's refusing to eat meat!
