- 3 teaspoons dried garlic
- 2 tablespoons paprika, sweet
- 2 teaspoons peppercorns black
- 4 teaspoons Thyme
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper or to taste
- 4 level teaspoons marjoram

Put all ingredients into the thermomix and grind on speed 9 for 1 minute.
Burning Love Spice Mix
Tip
Rub on meat or potatoes before baking, frying or BBQing. Great to add a little zest to meatballs or used as a base in casseroles.
To dry garlic eaily, mince first in the Thermomix before putting it in the oven.
