Yummy Chicken Pasta
Tip
A great meal for the whole family - you can add chilli and/or white wine for adults. or use alphabet pasta or smaller shells for small kids. A fantastic quick and easy dish for all ages! My 11mth and 3yr old loved it!
You can also add in more carrot or other vegies such as zucchini at the same time as the carrot.
I used TM homemade tomato paste and tomato (pasta) sauce. You could omit the paste and use a bottled tomato/pasta sauce instead or even add fresh tomatoes. Any combination of tomatoes would work! If using fresh tomatoes with a higher water content you may need to slightly reduce the added water amount.

So easy and very yummy!
What a great recipe for my 15-month-old, and perfect that I could use some leftover cooked shredded chicken to make it super quick and easy. I substituted the carrot for zucchini, added some leek as well as the onion and use a maccaroni pasta as the size was perfect for a toddler meal and it kept together nicely.
I totally messed this recipe up..ended up pulverizing the pasta, but it is for my 11 month-old, so it works. He seems to really enjoy it. Wouldn't make this one again though, unless making it for the whole family. Too many ingredients to bother for a baby!!!
I cooked this for dinner tonight. Flavours were great.
Unfortunately, the bow pasta disintegrated during cooking. I would not recommend this type of pasta in thermomix if cooked this way. If I make again I will use fettuccine which does not break down as easily.
Easy and everyone enjoyed it!!
Weeknight easy recipe!! Yum!!
Family really liked this & super easy to make. I used my own pasta sauce & added more tomato paste & some fried mushrooms. The kids thought it tasted like can spaghetti.
Really quick, easy and tasty.... I just added a tin of tomatoes and tomato paste when water and stock went in. Cooked penne for 12 minutes, then add approx 100g sour cream with chicken and cooked for an extra minute. Winner with everyone, thanks for sharing.

I don't know if my tablespoon of stock was too big but this didn't turn out well for me. It was salty slop. I did add leftover chicken and sun dried tomatoes though so this may have been the problem. On the upside, hubby didn't mind it and toddler liked it. Thanks for posting it anyway.
yum was enjoyed by us all. I used Riosini pasta which made it more like a risotto
Learner hoping to get my P's soon!
very nice, thank you!
A great easy on the go dish!
