Ingredients
3 Seed, fruit and nut bars
- 90 grams Butter
- 90 grams honey
- 100 grams raw sugar
- 200 grams rolled oats
- 50 grams walnuts
- 90 grams currants
- 100 grams dried apricots
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp desicated coconut
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch salt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180oC and grease the baking tray/s.
- Place the apricot and wlanuts in the TM bowl and chop. sp 5 for 5 sec.,
set aside.
- Place the butter,sugar and honey in the TM bowl and melt. 60oC on sp1
for 3 minutes.
- Place the remaining ingrediance in the TM bowl and combine.
sp6 for 15 sec.
- Firmly pack into the baking tray/s( about 3/4 -1 inch thick) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes then place your cooling rack on the
baking
tray and flip for transfer. ( one motion and a gentle thump) Wait until
completely cool before cutting.

Tip
Its always good to use baking paper with recipes like this, as you dont want it sticking and
braking on transfer.
You can add and take away with ease. My kids love to change it up.
