Adrian Richards Banana Bread
- 3 ripe bananas
- 360 grams self-raising flour
- 195 grams brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoons Vanilla Paste
- 250 grams Butter, (softened)
- 55 grams walnuts, (optional)
- 55 grams chocolate chip, (optional)

- Preheat oven to 175°C
Grease and line a loaf pan and set aside - Add bananas to mixing bowl and mash 5sec/Sp4
- Add flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter to mixing bowl and mix 1min/Sp6"Counter-clockwise operation"
- Add walnuts and choc chips (if desired) and mix 30sec/Sp6"Counter-clockwise operation"
- Pour into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 1hour or until skewer inserted into middle comes out clean
- Let cool in pan for 5mins before transferring to wire rack
- Slice and serve warm or cool depending on your liking
